Privacy & Cookies
Last updated: 23 October 2026
This notice explains how Codenexmo handles information when you browse our marketplace, create an account, buy digital products, or contact support. For privacy questions or requests, use our contact form.
Information we handle
Account information includes your name, email address, sign-in credentials, and security settings. If you choose a connected sign-in provider, we receive information needed to identify your account. Orders contain purchased items, amounts, currency, payment references, and payment status. Cryptocurrency checkout may also use a public wallet address and transaction identifiers. Support messages contain the name, email address, subject, and message you submit. Our hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, and request logs.
Why we use information
We use this information to provide accounts, verify sign-ins, process orders, deliver downloads, respond to enquiries, maintain transaction records, troubleshoot problems, and protect the service against fraud and abuse. Where applicable, these activities support our contract with you, our legitimate interest in operating a secure service, legal obligations, or your consent.
Service providers
Hosting, file storage, email, authentication, and payment providers receive information needed to perform their services. Checkout options may involve Flutterwave, PayPal, or cryptocurrency wallet and network providers. Connected sign-in may involve Google or GitHub. External fonts may be requested from Google Fonts. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices, and may operate in other countries. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users.
Cookies and browser storage
The site uses cookies to maintain sessions, protect forms, remember sign-in choices, and support preferences such as currency. Cryptocurrency payment screens may temporarily store a transaction reference in your browser's session storage. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may prevent sign-in, checkout, or other account features from working.
Advertising and Google
If Google advertising is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies, device identifiers, IP addresses, and browsing information to deliver and measure ads. Advertising cookies can allow ads to be personalized based on visits to this and other websites. Where required, you will be asked for consent through a consent message and can manage your choices there. You can also manage personalized advertising through Google My Ad Center. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services. This notice does not itself enable advertising or grant consent.
Retention and security
We retain information as needed to provide accounts and purchases, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Retention depends on the information and its purpose. We use access controls and account security measures to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You can update account details and request account deletion through your profile settings. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data protection authority. Contact us to make a request; we may need to verify your identity. Some order or security records may need to be retained after an account is deleted.
